Levol-app: formación profesional para coordinadores de voluntariado

“Levol-app” is a 28-month strategic alliance under the funding of the Erasmus+ programme within its Key Action 2 for the development of vocational training coordinated in Spain by Neo Sapiens and in cooperation with non-profit organisations from Portugal, Slovakia, Italy and the United Kingdom. It has brought together organisations from different contexts with the aim of developing training programmes for volunteers and training for the staff responsible for volunteering.

Through this initiative, the exchange and testing of best practices related to the training of non-profit coordinators has been achieved, enabling them to be able to design and implement volunteer management programmes (both at local and international level). To achieve this goal, the project partners have cooperatively developed an online platform in 5 different languages to support NGOs seeking to create or improve their volunteer management programmes. This has led to a greater involvement of the volunteers involved, to motivate them as active citizens and to improve the professional capacities and skills of those who are in charge of their coordination.

Thanks to this transnational collaboration between the countries involved in the project, contents and products have been created, tested and edited in cooperation with the heads of non-profit organisations, adaptable to different realities and contexts. For more information on the objectives, calendar of activities and results or products developed during this project, please consult the sections at the bottom of this page.
